Startup Life Begins

From the founder’s basement to a biotech lab, VenueLabs provided Kyle with the opportunity to discover and refine his skills in design and engineering. Kyle started out as a Product Marketing Manager, then moved onto UI/UX Design followed by Front-End Engineering.

  • Quickly became the go-to owner of all sales and marketing initiatives working directly with the CEO

  • Collaborated with product teams to redesign the platform, increasing Monthly Active Users (MAUs) by 16%.

  • Conducted user testing to identify usability issues, informing new features and reducing churn rate by over 20%.

2014

Xerofit

Digital suite of software, tools, and educational resources helping personal trainers develop and expand their business and online clientele.

The Real Work Begins

As a co-founder at Xerofit, Kyle oversaw and executed all stages of product development from design to engineering.

  • Owned the creation and execution of the roadmap throughout the product development lifecycle including 7 major version releases.

  • Developed platform for in-house premium coaching services to boost trainer’s monthly earnings by and average of 600%.

  • Drove UX enhancements identified during beta testing, the Xerofit platform launched with a 100% CSAT rating.

  • Maintained a Lifetime Value (LTV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratio of 21.68:1
